My bike had a bad rear wheel bearing and loose neck bolt. The service department was able to identify issue and resolve it very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will continue to bring my ride back here for all service.

If you are in the market for a Harley, or any bike. I would highly recommend Bull Run Harley. Emily in the Sales department was amazing at getting me the 2018 FLSB. We talked on the phone, email, personal visits, for over 2 months while I got everything set for the purchase. She was patient and went above and beyond on answering my questions, getting the financing set up, and delivering the bike. The personal care did not stop at Sales, Kevin in Service department made sure all of my parts I ordered were installed in timely manner and very professional when answering my questions. Speaking of installing parts, the Parts department were also very friendly and got the parts I needed over the phone, since the dealership is little far from me.
